PATNA: A nine-year-old boy has been murdered allegedly by two teenaged neighbours who kidnapped him after taking a cue from a Bollywood film, triggering protests by angry locals who blocked roads here on Saturday, burnt tyres and tore down a shop.
During questioning, the duo confessed to having planned the crime after seeing the Bollywood movie Apharan, whose theme was the thriving kidnapping industry, said Mr. Vizhi. – PTI
This is not an isolated case. Movie is an hypnotic media which make the weak people to do anything. The Hollywood move “Heat” also one example. The people who produced, directed and acted are also involved in the crime they describe in the movie and they should be punished. The money they made should be distributed the dependent of the real crime.
Movie is doing this to get money from people. Please dont spend money for movie. Then only these people stop animal making movie.
