triple talak has nothing to do with bjp
ali durga, sabarimala are all judicial intervention. but with triple talak rss adding a terror factor.
After SC gave order triple talak is invalid. so all police has to do is just check whether the woman is thrown out of house or not.
But as per new bjp law now police can put charge against men who do triple talak. Not only that anybody else also put case against muslim men. Means another cow raksha sangh to criminalize this community. If you put the husband 3 years in jail what happens to that woman who you are supposed to protect? Who will protect her? Demonising minority and just another way to send muslim men into jail.
Is to protect women then do it for all. those who abandoning their wives. so the first one will be modi.
