BJP has no place for women. Triple talaq is a political game. It has nothing to do with muslim women. Suddenly modi developed some love for muslim women is nonsense.
After SC gave order triple talaq is invalid, muslim man saying talaq has no meaning at all. so all govt and police has to do is just check whether the woman is thrown out of house or not. There are provisions under domestic violence act to ensure that dont happen.
But as per new bjp law now police can put charge against men who say triple talaq for 3 years. Not only that a third party can go to police and say that this man said triple talaq and police can send him to jail. This is nothing but demonizing minorities and finding another way to sending the muslim man to the jail.
If they are so worried about muslim women what happens when there is a matrimonial dispute. Negotiate and get an agreement.
If you want the muslim women safe and you send the husband 3 years in jail, what is going to happen to that women. Who will look after her and her hildren? Inlaws? Bill says that some kind of support has to be given to her.
There is a whole set of law is there how to compensate a women in divorce. Now you coming to subsidence. Its not even saying who is going to give it? The man is in the jail. family is not going to support the woman. Who will going to look after the woman and children.
So this is nothing to do with any regard for the muslim women or any women.
If a man abandons a woman and he should be sent to jail, fine, then let it do for all man. So lets begin with modi. He abandoned his wife. Not even mentioned her in 2 term as MLA. He left that place as blank.
So all these are just to communalize and victimize.
