Exhibit 2 – State wise Saturation Report dated 30-Sep-2018 – UDie has stopped publishing the number of Aadhaar cards issued to those over the age of 18 thinking that we cannot count. Through backward calculation that number is 84.28 crores

Hence, it would appear that in the past 15 months, which saw the fiercest coercion & arm twisting by UDie, RBI, IT, DoT & the pvt sector, there is only a net increase of 3.3 lakh in the number of Aadhaar issued to those over the age of 18.
During the same time frame, using UDie’s own numbers from both the above mentioned reports, the increase in population in the age bracket > 18 years was 3.5 cr. Dodgy numbers?
PS: UDie has added the words “2018 LIVE” in the row header of the September 2018 report which is not there in the May 2017 report. Has UDie deleted / deactivated Aadhaar for deceased adults? Not clear what “LIVE” actually indicates

State wise Saturation Report dated 31-May-2019 – UDie has stopped publishing the number of Aadhaar cards issued to those over the age of 18 thinking that we cannot count. As per UDie, there is 103% saturation for those over the age of 18!!!!

Also, check out the drop in Aadhaar cards issued to children aged 0 – 5. Between September 2018 & May 2019 – 3 cr Aadhaar cards cancelled (???🤔) This is the project that is supposed to usher transparency & generate savings & they don’t even know how many numbers they’ve issued.
