US aid to Pakistan

US has spend $5 billion to bolster the Pakistani military effort against militants from Al-Qaeda & Taliban

This money had been diverted to help finance weapons systems to counter India, not Al-Qaeda or Taliban. The $5 billion was provided though a program known as Coalition Support Funds. Under a separate program, Pakistan received $300 million per year in traditional American military financing that pays for equipment and training.

How about uncle Sam’s programs. Give weapons to one side and money sucking obsolete nuclear technology to the other side. Looks like old story of lambs and fox.
