Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) Chairman Srikumar Banerjee on Wednesday ruled out a Fukushima-like nuclear plant disaster in India, saying the nuclear reactors in the country had a passive cooling system unlike the Fukushima Daiichi reactor and additional safety features were being installed in them.
Yah you are right Mr robber Srikumar Banerjee. It cannot happen in India. (We like Bhopal kind of disaster, right?)
Anyway people of the world welcome to India. Here we cannot have climate change or extreme whether. So If you are trobled by extreme weather in your country, please come to India. India is the Noah’s Ark of exteme wheter. Here our Atomic Energy Commission controls every aspects of weather. Even if weather want to have a stom, or flood, or wild fire, or earth quake or sunami, sorry, you can’t do that. Becase Atomic Energy Commission wont allow that.
Nuclear energy is safe until next accident.
That’s the thing about the nuclear industry. It’s PR people, supporters, and cheerleaders can categorically, absolutely, and positively assure you that it is safe, cheap and clean. They’re definite, categorical, and cast-iron with their assurances and information.
Then something goes wrong and they’re all scratching their heads and shrugging their shoulders and shuffling their feet. They don’t know how such a thing could have happened. They don’t have the information. They’ll get back to you.
