Idiots are running for political power

“When it came to cap and trade, I fought it with everything that was in me, including I introduced the Light Bulb Freedom of Choice Act, so people could all purchase the light bulb of their choice. I also believe that big government is hurting the United States. We need to have small government.” This is what Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann saying.
What a light bulb does? It converts electrical energy into heat and light. In that 90% is heat and 10% is light average. The heat is of no use. Meaning, its getting wasted. In econimic terms in $1 doller, 90 cents are wasted, 10 cents u get.
If I switch on a bulb, thanks for protecting my freedom to buy bulb, I loose 90 cents in $1 dollar. For me its a loss. If I spend $1 dollar electricity, then I should get $1 dollar equivalent light also. I know 100% efficiency is not possible. But atleast 50% can I get?
But you feels great if I loose 90 cents per dollar. But you are not happy corporate gaving tax. Also you want government to be small. What does all these means?
You are not representing people. But something bigger than governement.
See another case,
Republican front-runner Mitt Romney publicly declared that “corporations are people. Everything corporations earn ultimately goes to people.”
Ultimate one,
Republican Governor Rick Perry of Texas, “Blow the trumpet in Zion. Declare a holy fast. Call a sacred assembly. Gather the people. Consecrate the assembly. Bring together the elders. Gather the children. Gather the mothers, nurturing their children at the breast. Father, our heart breaks for America. We see discord at home. We see fear in the marketplace. We see anger in the halls of government. And as a nation, we have forgotten who made us, who protects us, who blesses us. And for that, we cry out for Your forgiveness.”
World, welcome back to the dark ages
