Mid west farmers grow too much grain that they cannot sell to the cities, used to give feed for pigs. Then they sell pig meat.

Fatty acids, long chain omega 3 fatty acids does not come from factory meat.
Pigs raised on grains omega 6 fatty acids. Where as pigs raised on plants etc contain omega 3 fatty acids.
